Shutdown and Startup
The catch is of course, how do I shutdown/startup my VM's via the command line. The operating system in the VM needs to be shutdown correctly also, otherwise I'll end up with a screwed OS after a number of what the OS will see as crashes (just turning off without shutting down correctly). Any suggestions?

Now it hangs when I shutdown and I have to power off without knowing if it is ready to shutdown. It hangs on the "windows is shutting down" phase. Sometimes it will start up fine and others it goes though the improper shutdown startup checkdisk routine. How do I adjust it to shutdown property? Thanks for info.
